This project was made during a lecture series that focused on infographics, data visualization and visual storytelling. The task was to research and design facts to a topic of our choice, that would be aesthetically pleasing yet still informative and correctly executed. I decided on a commonly known but still quite complex theme — the sun. I wanted my design to embody the warm look and feel of a mild summer evening with friends, a vacation on the beach or the touch of the first sunrays on your cheeks in the morning. So I created a postcard set with happy illustrations on the front and informative notes or fun facts on the backside — just like some sunny vacay greetings from our beloved mother star.
