You could say we’ve made it easy for ourselves this time. After a lot of in-depth exploration of rather complex themes, we decided for this twelfth edition of the AIOLA LIVING magazine to focus on a simpler topic. Our love of the culinary arts and our daily work inevitably go hand in hand and can’t — or rather don’t want to — be without each other. But it’s not quite that simple. This term brings together many stories that want to be told, not least our own. Always guided by our gut and its desire for more, after all these years we have found a reliable companion in our intuition. Our gut has a lot to say, so we better listen.
